POINT LOOKOUT, Md. (WMAR) - The Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) and Ridge Volunteer Fire Department personnel rescued two people from a sailboat after being battered around by strong winds and high seas. At about 10:30 p.m., Tuesday Robert Weber, 59, and Adam Marshall, 33, both of Boston were sailing south in the Chesapeake Bay in a 28' sailboat when it went a ground near the mouth of the Potomac River.
